The III Graduation Workshop – Botucatu Medical School - UNESP, was held on September 20–22, 2007, at Botucatu Institute of Biosciences - UNESP. The Workshop was organized by graduation students and several invited professors who offered seven minicourses on: Molecular Epidemiology of Infectious Diseases; Introduction to Immunotoxicology: Models for Assessing the Toxicity of Environmental and Therapeutic Agents on the Immune System; Western Blot; Flow Cytometry Applications; Animal Cell Culture; Practical Experience of Real-Time PCR; The use of HPLC analysis to determine carotenoids, retinoids and vitamin E in diets and biological samples. Besides, the Workshop included lectures, roundtables, discussions and presentation of 125 papers whose Abstracts are published in the current issue of JVATiTD.
